               Born 1812 Scotland; Died 1897 Denver, CO

Married Electra Helen Molin, 1844, Missouri. Eight children: four survived their parents. 1850-1880 lived in Western Platte, MO; occupations: Post Master, Marshall, Bookkeeper.  Civil War Service in U.S. Army, Major and Paymaster: Company F, 7th Calvary.  1880 moved with family to Leadville Lake, CO; Bookkeeper.  1885 moved with wife and children to Denver, CO.  Claimed Civil War Pension in 1890.
